Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 days. 

Please note that during the weekends and holiday season shipments may be delayed an additional 3 to 4 days. After your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Should that confirmation have any incorrect information please contact us at kineticsportsyyc@gmail.com.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customs, duties, and taxes

Kinetic Sports is not responsible for any customs and taxes that are applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Should your order arrive damaged or broken then please take several photos of the broken item with its container and email them to kineticsportsyyc@gmail.com for next steps in the refund/return policy.

International Shipping Policy

Kinetic Sports ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Eurozone, and select international destinations.

Order Processing

United States

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

United Kingdom, Australia, Eurozone & International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on package weight and destination.

Estimated delivery: 14–21 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside of Canada, customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
