New Season - SOPs, Restrictions, Vaccines, Cricket?

New season is embarking upon us and with the beautiful weather in Calgary these days (some more than others), it has been extremely difficult to say no to getting together for a practice game. Reality is that case count has gone up and despite our best efforts of social distancing and following SOPs, and even vaccines, the overall risk is higher now than it was a month or so ago.

A bit of sacrifice and level headed decisions now might be the factor in cases being higher or lower a month from now, meaning some rash decisions could actually delay the season further.

So, in short lets stay level headed and not make rash decisions that puts everyone around you at risk. Province, city and the league will announce when its time, its not that far away, hang in there.
