Cricket training in COVID
Second wave is here, let's be real.
Here are a few things you can do to stay in shape (covid weight is REAL!) over the winter.
1. Make a routine. Add in 5-10 min of active time, walk, pushups, sit ups or follow a video on Youtube.
2. Take a tennis ball and practice catching against a wall. Start 10 feet away and move closer every 10 catches. This will help with your hand and eye coordination as well.
3. Ball in a sock. Hang it in your garage or basement and keep at it.
4. Bowlers - Use the stairs to do strength training.. there are tons of small exercises you can do. Last thing you want is to show up in spring with leg issues.
